With pre-cruise stay in Rome you've got plenty of time to see the sights... awe-inspiring art, vibrant street life and ancient ruins make for one great city! After 3 nights step aboard the Azamara Journey for an 11 night luxury cruise. Soak up Sorrento’s fabulous views, little shops, and restaurants on the plaza. Be sure to pick up some Limoncello, lemon candy, or lemon pastries while you’re there. Then it’s on to Livorno, where you can take in the artistic masterpieces of Florence, walk the ancient walls of Lucca, and go wine tasting in Chianti—or perhaps your cultural interests lean towards Pisa? So many places to explore and things to do, you'll be staying overnight in Livorno and departing late the next day.

Then it’s another overnight and late-night stay in Cannes, where you’ll want to keep your eyes open for the stars attending the famous festival. Enjoy a leisurely morning aboard your boutique hotel at sea before arriving in Calvi, a harbour with a long walkable promenade filled with inviting shops and restaurants. It’s the perfect place to rest up after Cannes.

Monte-Carlo Grand Prix here you come. The race is a thrill a minute as it covers many laps around the city, with excitement at every turn. And with an overnight and late-night stay in Monte Carlo, you’ll have plenty of time to see its many other spectacular sights, too.

Sleep late and order room service the next morning or plan a spa day. You'll arrive in Barcelona late in the day where you can enjoy one more night on the ship and 2 nights in a hotel to make the most of your last city break before heading home.

Take a relaxing chair lift ride to the very top of the island, as the views are jaw-droppingly gorgeous.

Day 6-7: Livorno (Florence/Pisa), Italy
The port city of Livorno has many charms of its own: the canals of La Venezia Nuova (New Venice), which date back to the Medici era, the Mercato Centrale, and the chessboard-style Terrazza Mascagni promenade, to name a few. But Livorno is also the gateway to the magnificent art and architecture, palaces, churches and museums of Florence, as well as Pisa’s famous leaning tower. Decisions, decisions!

Florence

Day 8-9: Cannes, France
Chic and glamorous, this iconic seaside resort town on the French Riviera is the place to see and be seen. Head to the old town district of Le Suquet and discover culinary delights hidden along winding cobblestoned streets.

Cannes

Day 10: Calvi, France
The birthplace of Christopher Columbus, channel the explorer's adventurous spirit while you make your way through this intriguing fortress city. Every step up to the Citadel is well worth it for the views alone, but you'll also be treated to delicious restaurants and charming shops along the way.
