Cunard charges a discretionary gratuity of $11.50 per person, per day, to the shipboard account of passengers in Britannia accommodations. The amount is $13.50 for passengers in Grill Class accommodations. This will be added to your onboard account (per day charge). This gratuity will be shared amongst those staff who help provide and support your cruise experience, including your stateroom attendants, dining, bar and culinary services staff, as well as others who work behind the scenes to enhance your overall cruise experience. A 15% gratuity is added to beverage purchases and the cover charge of the Chef’s Table.

Day 2: Tokyo, Japan
On arrival in Tokyo a transfer will be waiting to take you to your 4* hotel for a 3 night stay.
Day 3-4: Tokyo, Japan
Bumper-to-bumper traffic, neon signs, towering business districts and a huge population of over 12 million – this is Tokyo. Towering architecture and busy streets are, however, only one of the faces of the city - for amidst the modern hustle and bustle are reminders of the past.

Day 5: Embark Queen Elizabeth
Check out of your 4* Tokyo hotel and a private transfer will take you to Yokohama Cruise Port where you will embark Queen Elizabeth. The youngest Queen in the Cunard fleet and your home for the next 19 nights.
Day 6: Day at Sea
Queen Elizabeth evokes the heyday of Hollywood glamour and elegance. Her wood panelling, gleaming chandeliers, marble flooring and beautiful decorative touches exude luxury. West-End style shows and live music throughout the day and night make each journey one to savour, with performances taking place in venues ranging from the grand Royal Court Theatre to intimate bars.
Day 7: Hakodate, Japan
Hakodate city is one of the most popular destinations in Japan. With its architecture of diverse dynasties, the last battlefield where the Shogun fought and what is said to be one of the world’s most beautiful night views from Mount Hakodate – the city is a truly incredible place.
The Motomachi buildings from the Edo period and Meiji era of the late 19th century blend with western-influence to create an exciting cultural concoction. In Goryokaku Park, where the last battle of the Japanese civil war was fought, you can now enjoy peaceful contemplation amongst the fragrant blossom of 1600 cherry trees.
Day 8: Otaru, Japan
Otaru lies close to the city of Sapporo on Hokkaido, the northernmost of Japan’s islands. Hokkaido’s scenery comprises dense forest, mountains and marshlands, dotted with mineral-rich hot springs.
Day 9: Day at Sea
Queen Elizabeth’s restaurants are amongst the finest at sea. The Grills dining rooms offer a luxurious but relaxed experience; serving a delicious mix of both modern and classic dishes – many of which are based on historic Cunard menus. The Britannia restaurant offers a dining on a truly grand scale, reminiscent of liners past, whilst The Verandah restaurant serves fine French dishes in an intimate setting, using the very best ingredients.
Day 10: Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, Russia
Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk is a city on the south of Sakhalin Island. Now belonging entirely to Russia, the southern part of the island was briefly once claimed by Japan, and nods to this heritage remain.
Day 11-15: Days at Sea
Promenading has long been a cruising tradition. Queen Elizabeth’s promenade deck stretches right around the ship, offering stunning views, bracing sea air and relaxing teak steamer chairs to recline in and enjoy the view.
As the sun sets, Queen Elizabeth is abuzz with excited anticipation. Ball gowns and dinner jackets are donned in preparation for elegant balls, a night at the theatre in your own private box or signature cocktails and canapés in the Commodore Club.
Day 16: Kodiak, USA
Known as the Emerald Isle, Kodiak is a heaven for all kinds of wildlife. The island is two thirds national park and is dedicated to the protection of its native brown bears, 250 species of birds and six kinds of Pacific salmon. Explore the good choice of bars and restaurants or join an entertaining tour of the island’s microbrewery. Discover the native heritage museums and explore breathtaking historical trails either by organised excursion or at your own pace.
Day 17: Anchorage, USA
Anchorage, Alaska is a place of once-in-a-lifetime opportunities where you may even see the Northern Lights. Take a half day helicopter tour over snow-capped mountains, icy valleys and lakes. Drive the National Scenic Byway watching for wildlife like brown bears, birds and caribou. The locals love fishing from Ship Creek, the old Tanaina Indian camp where King, Coho and Pink salmon spawn in summer. In this large snowy wonderland you can enjoy all kinds of winter activities including dog sledding, snowmobiling and ice skating.
Day 18: Day at Sea
Indulge in Afternoon Tea onboard Queen Elizabeth, this truly British tradition. White-gloved waiters serve decadent fresh scones with cream, finger sandwiches and premium tea in the Queens Room. Alternatively, relax and unwind in luxurious pools, steam rooms or on a warm tile bed whist taking in the sea view. Indulgent signature massages, hair styling and specialist treatments complete your pampering experience.
Day 19: Hubbard Glacier
This tidewater glacier off the coast of Yakutat is more than six miles wide where it meets the ocean. Scenic cruising will bring you by the face, which is up to 400 feet tall, and icebergs three to four stories in height are not uncommon.
Day 20: Juneau, USA
Beneath an ice field that never melts, on a waterway that never freezes, Juneau is the most unusual and stunning of capitals. Home to 280 species of birds, brown and black bears, nature lovers can also watch out for orca and humpback whales here. Ashore, there’s an excellent theatre and range of clubs, bars restaurants to suit all tastes. If you’re feeling fit try exploring Alaskan-style amongst the glaciers by kayak or trekking with crampons and an ice axe.
Day 21: Day at Sea
Cunard Insights attracts famous faces from the arts, industry and beyond to entertain and enthrall guests with lively presentations and discussions. Additionally, experts lead diverse workshops on topics from watercolour classes to fencing.
Day 22: Inside Passage Scenic Cruising
Carved by glaciers and blanketed with majestic Western hemlock and giant Sitka spruce, Alaska's Inside Passage is a region of pristine water, snow-capped mountains, deep fjords and forested islands.
Day 23: Disembark in Vancouver, Canada
Disembark Queen Elizabeth and a private transfer will be waiting to take you to your 4* hotel for a 3 night stay.
Day 24-25 Vancouver, Canada
Vancouver provides stunning scenery to discover in endless outdoor fashion all year-round. Grouse Mountain and Capilano Suspension Bridge are just two of the top highlights. British Colombia’s marine parks offer remote fjords and vast lakes perfect for whale-watching and hiking, or swimming and kayaking from May to September. Vancouver’s Gulf Islands are teaming with wildlife, keep your cameras close and binoculars at the ready for spotting pods of dolphins, seals, eagles, whales, otters and sea lions.
