I'de just like to say what a wonderful salesperson you have in Lisa. I'm totally new to both The Cruise Village and also to cruising and Lisa was the consummate professional. I had no clue about cruising but she talked me through all the cruises and cruise lines that she thought might be good for a couple of first-timers. She was tireless in her quest to find us the perfect cruise. Lisa is a star and I wish the travel industry was filled with more gems like her. I realise that this may sound a little sad, but I believe half the fun is in the planning of a holiday and it helps when you have an enthusiastic professional who was half as excited as Lisa.
