Day 2: Singapore
Upon arrival in Singapore, a private transfer will take you to your 4* hotel for a 1 night pre cruise stay.
Day 3: Embark in Singapore
Check out of your hotel and a private transfer will take you to the ship, Norwegian Jade for her 8 night cruise visiting Malaysia and Thailand.
Day 4: Day at Sea
After extensive upgrades, Norwegian Jade returns to the fleet with new venues, modern décor and design, and refurbished staterooms. Enjoy O'Sheehan's Neighbourhood Bar & Grill, a 24 hour pub serving up your favourite comfort foods. Stop by The Pit Stop, a new concept that combines poolside fun and fare. Day 5-6: Phuket, Thailand
Experience the many facets of Phuket, from its gorgeous beaches, to its 19th century Chinese and Western architecture and stunning Buddhist temples. Wat Chalong with its lovely pagoda, and Wat Phra Thong, revered for its huge golden Buddha statue, are must-sees. Explore the breathtaking Phang Nga National Park, made famous by the James Bond film The Man with the Golden Gun. If it is shopping you seek, bright silks, teak carvings and trinkets will satisfy many a shopping list.
Day 7: Langkawi, Malaysia
Langkawi's appeal extends from sea level to its hilly interior. Kilim Karst Geoforest Park with its boat tour of mangrove forests, bat caves and floating restaurants, is a leading attraction. Adrenaline seekers can take a walk 2,300 feet above sea level on the Langkawi Sky Bridge and enjoy the amazing view of the surrounding rain forests and nearby islands. If sea level is more your level, relaxing on Cenang Beach or some duty-free shopping in Kuah Town may be just your thing.
Day 8: Penang, Malaysia
Known as "The Pearl of the Orient," this island's rainforest and waterfall-clad mountains form the backdrop to its beautiful, sandy beaches. The capital's George Town Historic District, a wonderful mix of elaborate colonial homes, Chinese heritage buildings and temples, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The sprawling Kek Lok Si Temple, with a 100-foot pagoda and gardens, overlooks George Town, and is a great spot for photos. Penang's abundant street eats will tempt foodies.
Day 9: Kuala Lumpur (Port Klang), Malaysia
The diverse capital of Malaysia blends colonial, Islamic and modern architecture, from the soaring Petronas Towers to the beautiful Masjid Jamek, once Kuala Lumpur's main mosque. Get a bird's eye view of the city from the open-air observation deck of the Kuala Lumpur Tower, the highest point in the city open to the public. Head to the air-conditioned Central Market to browse its stalls and shops for all kinds of souvenirs, with no bargaining necessary.
Day 10: Day at Sea

Day 11: Disembark in Singapore
Disembark Norwegian Jade and make your way to your 4* hotel for a 3 night stay in Singapore.
Day 12-13: Singapore
Explore a compact, fascinating city-state that's truly global. A onetime British trading post, its diverse past is reflected everywhere, from its old Chinese quarter and colourful Hindu temples to its modern skyscrapers and common language, English. Take a short cruise along the Singapore River or a pedicab ride through town, or enjoy the quiet at the National Orchid Garden. Interested in Asian medicine? A special medicinal restaurant can prescribe just the menu to help you feel your best.
Nightout Marina Bay - A busy street in the day but as night falls, plastic folding tables and chairs are setup along with the burning charcoal fires. Time will be given for you to have a quick dinner with the guide introducing the wide variety of local and international foods at the Festival Market. At Gardens by the Bay, discover exotic plants in the FlowerDome from the 5 continents which are displayed in 9 different gardens.
Walk in the Cloud Forest and marvel at the 35-metre tall indoor waterfall, a mysterious world veiled in mist with and be amazed at the unique and fragile plants. Watch the SuperTree Grove come alive with an exhilarating display of light and sound at night! End the evening with a birds-eye view of the city from the top of Marina Bay Sand’s Skypark – it is a roof like no other, perched 200 metres in the air with observation deck in the clouds.
East Coast and Changi tour - Take a journey and discover an alternative side to Singapore. Starting your tour in Kampong Glam – named after the Gelam Tree which grew in abundance in the 1800s. Once the seat of the old Malay Royalty, it still retains the charm of a bygone era and the influence of the Arab traders.
After taking a relaxing stroll on the beautiful Changi Beach, you will explore the rustic, laid-back Changi Village, whose easy-going charms offer a stark contrast to the hustle and bustle of Singapore city.
When the Japanese invaded Singapore in 1942, few could have imagined the horrors that awaited the country. Allied soldiers were held at the Changi Prison, where POWs and civilians were treated inhumanely and routinely tortured. Today, a replica of the chapel built by the POWs and a museum stand as reminders of the crimes that took place here.
The tour will take you through Tampines New Town, a typical heartland township built on the site of former rubber plantations. Tampines has been singled out by the United Nations for creating the conditions for a perfect habitat for modern living.
The final leg focuses on the cultural heritage of the country’s Malay residents, who make up about a seventh of the population. At the Malay ethnic area you will learn about their invaluable contribution to Singapore’s development.
Day 14: Fly Singapore » UK
Check out of your hotel and a private transfer will take you to the airport for your overnight flight back to the UK.
