Your holiday of a lifetime begins with a 7-night transatlantic crossing from Southampton to New York on board the iconic Queen Mary 2, with a few days at sea you'll have the perfect opportunity explore the very best Cunard has to offer. Take in a lavish musical show in the Royal Court Theatre, dance at day or night away at the largest ballroom at sea or even relax in one of the marvellous pool areas. Once you arrive in New York you'll have plenty of time to explore the 'Big Apple' with 4 nights at your own leisure! Then head for the sunshine of Florida, on a leisurely and scenic train journey along North America's East Coast. Head for the beach in Fort Lauderdale, or hit the malls for a new bikini ready for your next cruise! Independence of the Seas begins the journey back to the UK via some of the most tantalising Caribbean islands... you'll visit Labadee, Puerto Rico, St. Kitts and more before heading across the Atlantic, with a cheeky stop at Cork for your chance to kiss the Blarney Stone! With the incredible array of new additions to Independence of the Seas, such as waterslides, laser tag, an escape room and even virtual reality trampolines there'll be plenty to keep you occupied during your days at sea!

Day 1: Embark Queen Mary 2 in Southampton
Embark Queen Mary 2 in Southampton and set sail for New York.

Day 2-6: Days at Sea
This wonderful ship has everything you could possibly want for the most marvellous time at sea. Why not relax and unwind in the luxurious pool and steam rooms, or indulge in signature massages, facials or specialist treatments.

Day 7: Disembark Queen Mary 2 - New York
After breakfast on board, transfer to your hotel for a 4-night stay.

Day 8-11: New York
Everyone loves New York and there are a million reasons why. Here are but a few: the Statue of Liberty, the Empire State Building, Grand Central Station, the Ellis Island National Monument, the Brooklyn Bridge, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Guggenheim Museum, Times Square, Broadway, Greenwich Village, 5th Avenue and Central Park. You should have time to tick most of these off your list during your time here, and maybe catch a show on Broadway. Ask the team about passes and show tickets!

Day 12: New York to to Fort Lauderdale
Check out of your hotel and transfer to the train station where you will embark on Amtrak's 91 Silver Star service for a journey to Fort Lauderdale. As you take the Palmetto from New York City to Florida, you'll be treated to a unique picture of the American South. Let the Silver Service take you to Fort Lauderdale's golden sands.

Day 13: Fort Lauderdale
Arrive in Fort Lauderdale, and transfer to your 4* hotel for a 2-night stay.

Day 14: Fort Lauderdale
Sit back, kick off your shoes and put your feet up during our 'at sea' days, where you can chill in the bar, lounge by the pool or enjoy a relaxing beauty treatment in the spa. For simple pleasures, why not try a game of table tennis? Or if you’re feeling energetic, now’s the chance to explore all the amazing activities the ship has to offer, from spectacular, West-End-style entertainment to adrenalin-charged sports.

Day 15: Embark Independence of the Seas in Fort Lauderdale
Check out of your hotel and transfer to Port Everglades where you will embark Independence of the Seas for your 15-night Caribbean transatlantic cruise.

Day 16: Day at Sea
No matter what your age or interests, there are plenty of activities to enjoy on board Independence of the Seas. Hang ten on the awesome surf simulator, work up a sweat at the state-of-the-art fitness centre, then indulge in some pampering, with relaxing massages, facials and beauty treatments on offer. Or gather a team for a game of football, basketball or dodgeball on the outdoor court, play a round of mini golf or take a few laps around the running track - the choice is yours...

Labadee

Day 17: Labadee, Haiti
Ride the exhilirating Dragon's Tail coaster through the jungle or rise to the challenge of the longest zip line over water in the private paradise resort of Labadee, in mountainous and beautiful Haiti. There are thrills aplenty here with jet boating, snorkelling, kayaking and parasailing or the sensuous pleasures of lazing on sun-kissed sands, sipping a cocktail and gazing at sparkling seas.

Day 18: San Juan, Puerto Rico
Fly the longest zip-line in the world at the Toro Verde Ecological Adventure Park, where you can test your mettle on an assault course with ropes and suspension bridges. Explore Puerto Rico's lush scenery on horseback or on a rainforest hike or discover the cobbled steets and Spanish colonial houses of San Juan's old town. The massive fortresses of El Morro and La Fortaleza dominate here, with sweeping views down to the ocean.

Day 19: Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas
Sail on a pirate schooner to Buck Island, dropping anchor in beautiful Turtle Bay for superb snorkelling. Wim with playful dolphins in nearby Tortola or soar through the rainforest canopy on spectacular zip-line. Find out about Charlotte Amalie's pirate history at Blackbeard's Castle or explore 17th-century Fort Christian. There's golf, diving and shopping on this paradise island too, plus a thrilling skyride.

Basseterre

Day 20: Basseterre, St. Kitts
Columbus first spotted St. Kitts in 1943 and you'll be entranced by its sunny skies, beautiful white sand beaches and turquoise waters. Dive among the colourful coral and fish, see monkeys, mongoose, sheep and goats in the fields and rainforest or hike to the rim of a steaming volcano. Ride the St. Kitts Scenic Railway through old sugar plantations or explore Brimstone Holl Fortress for breathtaking views over the ocean.

Day 21-27: Days at Sea
Sit back, kick off your shoes and put your feet up during our 'at sea' days, where you can chill in the bar, lounge by the pool or enjoy a relaxing beauty treatment in the spa. For simple pleasures, why not try a game of table tennis? Or if you’re feeling energetic, now’s the chance to explore all the amazing activities the ship has to offer, from spectacular, West-End-style entertainment to adrenalin-charged sports.

Day 28: Cobh (Cork), Ireland
Ring the world famous Shandon Bells in St. Anne's Church Tower or meet the locals on a jolly pub tour of the city. Kiss the Blarney Store to avoid being lost for words or gorge on glittering crystal at the fascinating Waterford glass centre. See seabirds, dolphins and seals on a thrilling rigid inflatable boat trip along Ireland's beautiful coastline.

Day 29: Day at Sea
Strap in, put on your virtual reality headset and soar high into the sky for gravity-defying fun at SkyPad. Bounce over craters or compete in zero-gravity games - this brand-new bungee trampoline experience opens up a universe of possibility.

Day 30: Disembark in Southampton
Sadly, your cruise ends here... Disembark Independence of the Seas in Southampton and make your way home.
