The lead-in accommodation category is the Deluxe Stateroom with large picture window, though most guests travel in Deluxe Staterooms with verandah, or one of 3 Penthouse categories which include butler service. Crystal Serenity underwent a US$25 million refurbishment in 2012 and offers guests a contemporary, ultra-luxe experience. Crystal Symphony is smaller at 51,044 gross registered tonnes and has a maximum guest capacity of 922 with 566 international crew, again offering a combination of Deluxe Staterooms with large picture windows, Deluxe Staterooms with verandah, Penthouses, Penthouse Suites, and the ultimate in luxury – Crystal Penthouses.

Bars & Lounges
Crystal Cruises all-inclusive fares include beers, wines and premium spirits served throughout the ship. Guests enjoy a wide choice of venues such as Avenue Saloon, The Bistro (now serving wines and cheeses after 6pm), the casino, Crystal Cove, Galaxy Lounge, Palm Court, Pulse Nightclub (Crystal Serenity) or Luxe Nightclub (Crystal Symphony), Stardust Club (Crystal Serenity) or Starlite Club (Crystal Symphony), and the Trident pool bar and grill. All guests are able to enjoy in-room dining at no additional surcharge, which is served course by course during restaurant hours. Crystal Cruises follows U.S licensing laws, with the minimum drinking age being 21 years.
Dazzling Production Shows
Conceived and produced by their own creative in-house production staff, Crystal Cruises’ Broadway-style shows are a highlight of every cruise. After dinner, stroll to the Galaxy Lounge to witness the talented Crystal Ensemble of Singers and Dancers in such spectacular original productions as Fascinatin’ Rhythm, Million Dollar Musicals, COLE!, Curtain Call and many more! The Galaxy Lounge is the venue for their award-winning production shows and a host of other evening performances. The showroom was custom-designed to offer perfect views from each of its seats, and features state-of-the-art sound and lighting systems.
Crystal Symphony and Crystal Serenity each feature an exceptional variety of dining options – all venues are included in your cruise fare and no surcharges apply. The extraordinary cuisine for which Crystal Cruises is justifiably famous is offered in the elegant Crystal Dining Room, located in the heart of the ship just off the Crystal Plaza. The Crystal Dining Room is beautifully appointed, with sweeping ocean views by day and a magnificent ambiance at night. Gracious European-trained waiters and internationally acclaimed chefs provide regionally inspired dishes and classic continental cuisine. The Crystal Dining Room is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner. For dinner Crystal offers two styles of seating : guest preferring traditional seating may opt for main seating at 6.15pm or late seating at 8.30pm, or can choose ‘open dining by reservation’ which allows guests to choose a different dining time each evening. Crystal Cruises also offer two specialty restaurants, at no additional cost. Silk Road serves a modern Japanese menu designed by the famed Nobu Matsuhisa and features a walk-up sushi bar open from 5pm for light bites before dinner. Prego serves a traditional Italian menu designed by Piero Selvaggio (of the Valentino Restaurant Group). Guests are permitted to make 1 dining reservation in each venue per sailing, and are able to do so by logging onto the Crystal Cruises website and entering the ‘Priority Check-in and Planning Centre’ once they have paid in full for their booking. Once aboard guests may also book The Vintage Room, an intimate room for 12-14 guests to enjoy an evening of wine appreciation. Approximate cost per person is US$200 and guests will have the opportunity to sample some rare vintages paired with a specially designed menu.
