“Best Price Guarantee” program ensures guests receive benefits equivalent to our best rate and/or promotion available for their cruise up to 48-hours prior to departure. Program applies to bookings created before 31 July 2021 for sailings prior to 30 April 2022. Guests or Travel Partners who find a lower rate published for the same eligible cruise can submit an online request to receive 110% of the price difference applied to their booking as an Onboard Credit for onboard or pre-cruise purchases. Eligible bookings paid in full prior to a claim will receive a refund back to the payment method on file. Eligible bookings made with a Future Cruise Certificate (“FCC”) outside final payment at claim will receive an FCC for the fare difference. Loyalty Double Points applies to new, individual, and named existing bookings on all Eligible Sailings made before 30 June 2021. Double Points is available to existing Gold, Platinum, Emerald, Diamond, Diamond Plus, and Pinnacle Crown & Anchor Society members. Double Points provides Crown & Anchor Society members double Cruise Points on sailings departing on 12 June 2021 – September 30, 2022 (“Eligible Sailings”). Cruise Points will be applied once the guest has paid their booking in full and completed their sailing. When reserving, a valid Crown & Anchor Society member number must be included in the reservation.
“A Holiday Worth Waiting For Sale” is combinable with promotional OBCs, NextCruise offers, Instant Savings, restricted discounts, Promo Code driven offers, Free Upgrades, Crown and Anchor discounts, Crown and Anchor (CAS) Bonus and Shareholder Benefits. “Up to £160 Savings” is combinable with “A Holiday Worth Waiting For Sale” as well as with promotional OBCs, NextCruise offers, Instant Savings, restricted discounts, Promo Code driven offers, Free Upgrades, and Shareholder Benefits, but not combinable with Crown and Anchor discounts.
These promotions are combinable with Tesco Clubcard bookings and Future Cruise Certificates. Options will not be permitted to be held during the Promotion Period. Bookings created prior to this promotion that wish to access the new benefits of this offer will have to cancel existing booking and make a new booking. After the Offer Period, the offer will be removed from the booking if the guest cancels and reinstates the booking or rebooks into a new booking on the same ship and sail date, applies a fare change, or changes the ship or sail date of the booking; other changes to the booking may also result in removal of the offer.
Offer applies to new, individual and named group bookings confirmed at prevailing rates. Individual reservations may be transferred into an existing group, assuming required criteria are met; full deposit will be required at time of transfer. Failure to apply the required full deposit amount may result in the cancellation of the booking.
