With around 2 months until Explora I sets sail on her Maiden Journey from Southampton, Explora Journeys have unveiled the design of her stunning Owner’s Residence.
The Owner’s Residence is the largest of our “Homes at Sea,” offering a variety of peaceful locations to relax, entertain, and socialise while taking in expansive ocean views from the private outdoor terrace that spans the entire width of the ship.
The luxurious living space spans over 3,014 sq ft, comprising a spacious suite area of 1,668 sq ft and a 1,345 sq ft outdoor terrace, complete with an infinity whirlpool and a dining table for eight guests.
With the iconic European design reflecting the brand philosophy of enhancing an “Ocean State of Mind”, the suite offers guests thoughtfully designed spaces to unwind.

Guests in the Owner’s Residence can take advantage of roundtrip transfers from home to the airport, a complimentary pre or post-journey hotel night stay and roundtrip transfers from and to the hotel and post. They can also have a private driver ashore, subject to availability.
In order to prioritise sustainability and eco-friendly features, such as refillable toiletries, biodegradable pods for the espresso machine and a complementary personal refillable water bottle for each guest in the suite.
Guests staying in the Owner’s Residence will enjoy dedicated private butler services including unpacking and packing services, itinerary and transport planning, as well as private in-suite dining. They will also have unlimited priority reservations for all dining venues and a complementary treatment at Ocean Wellness – The Spa.
