Fares are exclusive to the Travel Village Group, and are NOT combinable with the MSC Cruises All Inclusive upgrade for £100 per week promotion. Customers can add drinks packages to the exclusive fares at the normal rate dependent on drinks package selected. Fares are available until 31st January 2022, but can be removed at anytime due to limited availability.

The Healthcare workers ‘Thank you’ offer will be available for all MSC Cruises’ sailings of any duration for all new bookings made till the 31st March 2022 on all cruises departing up to the end of 2022 (WORLD CRUISES excluded). and is subject to availability at the time of reservation.

It is mandatory to provide a certification which can prove to be eligible for the promo.

Valid proof of service has to be sent at the moment of the booking: copy of the ID card of the company/hospital (non-private) where the passenger is employed, certificate or other official identification. Proof of service has to be brought also at embarkation.

MSC Stress Free Booking policy
We understand that there continues to be a high level of uncertainty surrounding any holiday plans due to the developing situation around COVID-19. In order to provide our existing and new guests with additional support regarding your travel arrangements we have updated our Stress Free Booking policy which applies to all existing and new bookings made by 31st March 2022.

All bookings made by 31st March 2022 will be eligible for our Stress Free Booking policy, with the new terms valid for all sailings taking place within 31st March, 2023
• Reschedule your cruise free of charge up to 15 days before departure for cruise only and up to 21 days before departure for fly & cruise.
• Name Change Free Of Charge: possible up to 15 days before departure (21 days Fly & Cruise bookings)

Please note:
Your new cruise can be up to the value of your current cruise, however if the new cruise is of higher value you will be required to pay the difference.
In case of cancellation, standard cancellation policy will apply
