The Air Discount can only be applied when purchasing airfare through Azamara Air. If guests book their own air independently, they will only have the option to choose the OBC. Until Azamara Air is purchased and is added to the booking, guests will only see the option to choose the OBC. After Azamara Air is purchased and is added to the booking, guests can then choose between the OBC and Air Discount. Guests can either book their airfare at the time of making the reservation or choose to book it later. If the guest decides to utilize the Air Discount, they must do so via Azamara Air with an Azamara representative. The Air Discount will be deducted from each individual’s cruise fare, excluding taxes and fees. The airfare purchased by the guest via Azamara Air must be the same value or greater than the air discount available on the cruise, the guest may choose to upgrade their airfare to meet the minimum requirement at that moment. Eligible Bookings will receive 1 free “Essentials” package per booking. “Essentials” package includes; $300 Shore Excursion Onboard Credit, Unlimited Wi-Fi for one device, and Premium Beverage Package for two. All guests must be named, and a full deposit must be made prior to the end of the Offer Period.
3. $300 Shore Excursion onboard credit shall be redeemable by either named stateroom guest in the eligible booking and shall not be applied as a discount or credit against the applicable bookings fare. $300 Shore Excursion onboard credit will be applied to the booking as an
individual component, with the option to spend pre-cruise. The balance of any pre-cruise
spend of Shore Excursion onboard credit will be reconciled once onboard and can only be
spent up until 10pm on the final evening of the cruise. It has no cash value, is non-transferable, and cannot be used in an onboard casino. Any remaining credit after this time will be removed from the applicable account. Unlimited Wi-Fi for one device includes unlimited Internet minutes for use on-board and is non-transferrable. 4. The Offer is combinable with applicable Travel Partner promotions, Back to Back Benefits, onboard booking savings, Azamara Circle Quarterly Savings, and certain Net Rates. Unless stated otherwise, offer is not combinable with, Last Minute Voyages, Closed User Rates,
Employee Rates, Interline Rates, and Travel Agent Rates.
5. The Offer is not applicable to 3rd and 4th guests in a stateroom or applicable to incentive or contracted groups. After the Offer Period, the offer will be removed from the booking if the
guest cancels and reinstates the booking, applies a fare change, or changes the ship or sail
date of the booking; certain other changes to the booking may also result in removal of the
offer.
6. The Offer is subject to availability and change without notice and may be withdrawn at any time. Single occupancy guests paying 200% cruise fare are eligible for the full amount of the offer; single occupancy guests paying less than 200% cruise fare are eligible for a prorated
amount of the offer.
7. Bookings created prior to this promotion that wish to access the new benefits will have to cancel existing booking & make a new booking. Bookings that are cancelled shall be subject to prevailing cancellation charges.
