Any guests who make a new booking with Explora Journeys between 12 December 2023 and 25 March 2024 on select journeys*.
BENEFITS OF THE PROMOTION
Guests shall receive up to 40% savings on their journey fare with Explora Journeys when booking an Ocean Terrace Suite or Ocean Grand Terrace Suite category.
Plus guests receive a Journey Experience Credit (JEC)** of EUR 200 per person to add to their booking. The Journey Experience Credit (JEC) can be used towards all onboard experiences including dining experiences, the ultra-exclusive selection of wines, cocktails and beverages, our collection of Destination Experiences, treatments at Ocean Wellness – The Spa, curated shopping at The Journey, as well as towards onboard suite upgrades.
This promotion applies to any new bookings made with Explora Journeys between 12 December 2023 and 25 March 2024 on select journeys*.

• The Journey Experience Credit (JEC) applies to the 1st and 2nd guest in the suite. The JEC is applied against charges appearing on the guests’ folio during the booked journey and it has no redeemable cash value if unused

Journey Experience Credit
• The Journey Experience Credit (JEC) can be used towards all onboard experiences including dining experiences, the ultra-exclusive selection of wines, cocktails and beverages, our collection of Destination Experiences, treatments at Ocean Wellness – The Spa, curated shopping at The Journey, as well as towards onboard suite upgrades.
• The JEC is not applicable towards purchases made in the luxury monobrand shops (Rolex, Cartier, Piaget, Panerai), as casino credits or advances, cash withdrawals, gratuities, donations to the MSC Foundation, and donations to the Host lifestyle fund.
• The JEC is non-refundable with no cash value, and is non-transferable. If the JEC value is not fully redeemed, there is no cash refund for any unused element. The JEC full amount must be used by 18:00 on the final night of the journey and any portion remaining will be forfeited. Additional terms and conditions may apply.
EXPLORA EARLY BOOKING BENEFIT
The benefit:
- Extended Journeys allow guests to extend their ocean journey by combining any itineraries and take advantage of 5% savings compared to booking the journeys individually*
- With longer immersive sailings, Grand Journeys allow savings of 10%*
- This benefit can be combined with: Flexible Journeys, Explora Early Booking Benefit, Journeys for Solo Travellers, additional guests and younger travellers saving
— All journeys and all suite categories, including the Inaugural Journeys Collection, are eligible for this benefit
— Our Journey Together programme applies to this offer
— The programme offers savings for bookings of minimum 5 suites (10 guests min) per single journey
— Our Cancellation policy applies
— Our Flexible Journeys policy applies
— The benefit only applies to the journey fare and not on any additional components or add-ons of the journey experience
— After the eligibility period, the benefit will be removed from the booking if the guest cancels or rebooks into a new booking on the same ship and sail date, applies a fare change, or changes the ship or sail date of the booking; certain other changes to the booking may also result in the removal of the offer
— The benefit is subject to ship and sail date availability and may be withdrawn at any time
FLEXIBLE JOURNEYS POLICY
— Our journeys can be amended or moved at no additional charge:
— Ocean Suites: up to 120 days before departure
— Ocean Penthouses: up to 120 days before departure
— Ocean Residences: up to 200 days before departure
— Amends allowed: Name change (1 name must remain the same from the original booking)
— All amend and move requests should be submitted to the Explora Experience Centre via email or phone
— The date of departure of the New Journey is 180 days earlier or 180 days later than that of the Original Journey departure date
— The New Journey should have the same journey length or a longer journey length than the Original Journey
— If the price of the New Journey is higher than that of the Original Journey, the journey fare difference should be covered by the guest. Our payment policy applies
— The New Journey should be booked in the same suite category or in a higher suite category than the Original Journey
— If the price of the New Journey is lower than that of the Original Journey, the journey fare difference will be granted to the guest in the form of a future journey credit, which will be valid for 2 years from issuing date.
JOURNEYS FOR SOLO TRAVELLERS
— A single supplement is applied to the journey fare only (excluding the taxes and port charges on the second berth).

Ocean Suites:
— Maximum occupancy options: triple
— 2 adults plus 1 child
— Convertible sofa beds are limited to use by 1 child only
— Ocean Suites featuring a convertible sofa bed are subject to availability
Ocean Penthouses and Ocean Residences:
— Maximum occupancy options: quadruple
— 2 adults plus 2 children
— 3 adults (without children)
— Convertible sofa beds are limited to use by either 2 children or 1 adult (use by 1 child plus 1 adult is not available)
— Ocean Penthouses and Ocean Residences featuring a convertible sofa bed are subject to availability
CANCELLATION POLICY
The following administrative and cancellation fees are applied to reservations in case of cancellations:
Ocean Suites and Ocean Penthouses:
If a Journey is cancelled:
— Up to 151 days before departure an administration fee per person applies: GBP 150*
— From 150 to 121 days before departure:
15% of total Journey fare
— From 120 to 91 days before departure:
25% of total Journey fare
— From 90 to 61 days before departure:
50% of total Journey fare
— From 60 to 31 days before departure:
75% of total Journey fare
— Less than 31 days before departure:
100% of total Journey fare.
Cancellation terms and conditions may vary by market.
Ocean Residences:
If a Journey is cancelled:
— Up to 201 days before departure an administration fee per person applies: GBP 300
— From 200 to 151 days before departure: 25% of total Journey fare
— From 150 to 121 days before departure: 45% of total Journey fare
— From 120 to 91 days before departure: 65% of total Journey fare
— From 90 to 61 days before departure: 85% of total Journey fare
— Less than 61 days before the departure: 100% of total Journey fare.

Ocean Suites and Ocean Penthouses:
— 25% deposit upon booking
— Deposit to be paid
— within 3 days up to 121 days before departure
— within 1 day from 120 to 91 days before departure
— Final payment due no later than 90 days before departure
Ocean Residences:
— 25% deposit upon booking
— Deposit to be paid
— within 3 days up to 181 days before departure
— within 1 day from 180 to 151 days before departure
— Final payment due no later than 150 days before departure
For reservations taking advantage of the Explora Early Booking Benefit, full payment is due upon booking (within 7 days).
