A Christmas Special saw Jane take a trip to snowy festive Norway with Hurtigruten. The programme showcased their Classic Voyage North on MS Polarlys.

Hurtigruten
In the one-hour festive episode, viewers joined Jane McDonald as she ventured along the coast of Norway on board MS Polarlys to experience Christmas in Norway. Joining the seven-day Classic Voyage North itinerary, Jane travelled from Bergen to Kirkenes, experiencing many of the unique and exciting excursions available to Hurtigruten guests including; feasting with Vikings, embracing adventure on snowmobiles, catching King Crabs and trekking to the most northerly part of mainland Europe – North Cape.

Travel like the Queen of Cruising with Silversea and learn the true definition of travelling in luxury.

Silversea
In the most recent episode we saw Jane cruising the Adriatic aboard Silver Shadow, to the picturesque ports of Dubrovnik, Korcula, Venice, Split and Kotor. Jane embarked on a journey of discovery, as she visited some of the most iconic destinations and hidden gems of the Adriatic.
In an earlier series Jane sailed around South America in style aboard Silversea‘s newest flagship, Silver Muse. On this nineteen-day South American adventure, Jane visited Chile, Argentina, the Falkland Islands and Uruguay.

Jane has sailed on both MSC Meraviglia in the Med and also MSC Divina in the Caribbean.

MSC Cruises
Sailing with the masses, on MSC Cruises‘ Fantasia-class ship MSC Divina, was a novelty for Jane, but the ship’s Caribbean calling points brought back fond memories. She seeked solace in the oldest Baptist Church on the Bahamas, and swam with sharks off the island of St Maarten.
After the huge success of the first MSC episode of Cruising with Jane McDonald she travelled for a second time with MSC Cruises, the world’s largest family-owned cruise line, this time to explore the sights and scenery of the Mediterranean onboard the Company’s brand new flagship MSC Meraviglia.

We’ve seen Jane cruise with Princess Cruises in two separate episodes – Australia and New Zealand and also, in 2018, down the Californian Coast.

Back in 2019 Jane swapped Wakefield for Down Under as she sailed the beautiful west coast of Australia onboard with Princess Cruises.
In an earlier episode of Cruising with Jane McDonald, Jane cruised the Californian coast onboard Ruby Princess. The journey took in some of the USA’s most recognisable landmarks, from LA’s iconic ‘Hollywood’ sign to San Francisco’s Golden Gate Bridge.

Jane sailed on the Nieuw Amsterdam around Alaska, and the Noordam from Sydney across to New Zealand.

Holland America
Holland America has featured twice on Cruising with Jane McDonald. She has sailed on on the beautiful Noordam from Sydney, Australia across to New Zealand, exploring spectacular scenery at Milford Sound & the Fjordland National Park, as well as visiting Port Chalmers, Tauranga, Napier and many other beautiful ports. She has also travelled on Nieuw Amsterdam, from Vancouver, around Alaska. We watched Jane as she enjoyed a dog sledding adventure on an ice field, visited the Glacier Bay National Park, met the cast of the onboard nightly musicals and took a cookery lesson.

Tour scenic fjords, towns & cities just like Jane McDonald.

Viking Cruises
Jane sailed the clear waters of Scandinavia and the Baltic on a 15-day cruise with Viking Cruises. Enjoying overnights in cosmopolitan Stockholm, majestic St. Petersburg and scenic Bergen, and she explored charming historic city centres in Tallinn and Gdańsk. You could also visit Helsinki, Berlin and Copenhagen and witness breathtaking scenery from your ship as she glides through majestic Norwegian fjords in the legendary homelands of the Vikings.

As seen on on Channel 5’s Cruising with Jane McDonald. Celestyal Cruises is the main home-porting cruise operator in Greece and the pre-eminent cruise line serving the Greek Islands and East Mediterranean.

Celestyal Cruises Logo
Whilst Jane may have set sail around Cuba in 2017 with Celestyal Cruises, she joined them again in 21019 for their better-known Greek island hopping adventures!
Jane set sail aboard Celestyal Crystal (replaced in the fleet in 2020 by Crystal Experience) on the 7-night Idyllic Aegean itinerary, visiting Athens, Mykonos, Milos, Santorini, Crete and Kusadasi. You can cruise like Jane, and discover a friendly, intimate feel aboard, with an all inclusive board basis and some fascinating shore excursions included.
