Book with Confidence offer (“Offer”) is available on bookings for Seabourn cruises sailing on or before March 31, 2023 (“Eligible Cruise”). Guests may cancel up to 30 days before the Eligible Cruise’s embarkation for any reason and receive a Future Cruise Credit (FCC) in the amount of any applicable cancellation fees and a refund of additional funds received to the original payment method. The value of the FCC will be determined by the actual non-refundable cancellation fees for the Eligible Cruise’s booking. SeabournShield premiums and/or reimbursed amounts shall not be included in the value of the FCC. Once verified and processed, the FCC will be applied to the consumer’s Club Number. If consumer does not have a Club Number, Seabourn will create a Club Number for the consumer. Consumer must use the FCC towards a future Seabourn cruise booking(s). Consumer must use the FCC towards a future Seabourn cruise that is booked by and sails within 12 months of the date of issue. FCC may be subject to additional terms and conditions as provided by Seabourn and may not be used for deposits, TF&PE, or SeabournShield. The value of the FCC and the Offer are non-transferrable, are not redeemable for cash, and have no cash value. May not be combined with any other offers. Offer may be modified or withdrawn without prior notice. Any promotion or offer available during or with the Eligible Cruise booking shall not apply to the subsequent booking. May be subject to additional terms and conditions. The Best Fare Guarantee compensation is valid for guests if their particular voyage and booked suite category pricing is reduced. Guests must have a deposited booking with Seabourn to be eligible. Compensation will be done on a request basis only and the request must be received at least 30-days prior to the booked voyage departure date to apply. Compensation provided will be in the form of a shipboard credit, suite upgrade, fare reduction or other method. Seabourn reserves the sole right to determine the method of compensation made to guests. The amount of compensation will be determined by the difference between the booked fare and the current available fare displayed on seabourn.com the day the request is received by Seabourn. Book with Confidence is not valid on World Cruises or segments thereof and sailings on Seabourn Venture. Other restrictions may apply.
On sailings departing through March 31, 2023 consumers can cancel up to 30 days before the Eligible Cruise’s departure and the consumer will receive a Future Cruise Credit (“FCC”) equal to the amount of the non-refundable portion of their cancellation fees (subject to verification).
Covid-19 Protection Program (“Program”) is available to guests within 30 days of their embarkment through disembarkment on any cruise sailings on or before March 31, 2023. Available to those guests and their immediate travel party (traveling in the same suite) that are suspected of having COVID-19 or have tested positive for COVID-19. Program terms and benefits differ based on the timing of guest’s suspected COVID exposure/date on which they test positive (i.e. pre-embarkement, on board, shoreside). Any Future Cruise Credits (“FCC”) awarded in connection with this program will expire and must beused on a new booking that is booked by and sails within 12 months of the date of issue, unless the guest booked the cruise with an FCC, in which case the original FCC expiration date is still binding. We reserve the right to revoke this program and any of its benefits if we discover any guest (or anyone in its travel party) has provided false information or committed fraud. Guests with insurance will only be reimbursed for “reasonable expenses” (as defined in the FAQs) incurred but not covered by their insurance. Program may be changed or revoked at any time. Future Cruise Credits (“FCC(s)”) may be awarded to guests for many reasons, including if their cruise is cancelled. Seabourn may sometimes also elect to award a good-will FCC, or bonus FCC. FCCs issued in lieu of refunds are refundable (“Refundable FCCs”); otherwise FCCs are not refundable (“Nonrefundable FCCs”). Guests understand that they have no right to obtain a bonus FCC in any situation and such bonus FCCs are good-will gestures only and have no cash value and cannot be returned or refunded. FCCs issued by Seabourn may only be used on a Seabourn cruise booking. FCCs must be used on a new booking that is booked by and sails within 12 months of the date of issue.
FCCs may be applied as a form of payment towards your balance due and therefore, in accordance with our passenger contract, FCCs are subject to cancellation fees. If an FCC has been applied as a form of payment, Seabourn will first deduct any imposed cancellation fee from such FCC before assessing cancellation fees on other forms of payment. This means cancellation fees may be incurred by someone else on your booking who may or may not have applied FCCs of their own. Cancellation fees will be deducted from any used FCCs prior to being returned to the guest’s Seabourn Club Account (if applicable). In the event any guest believes any cancellation fees have been applied in error, they should contact us.
In the event an FCC being returned to the guest’s Seabourn Club Account has expired, if the FCC is a Refundable FCC (in which case it will be labeled with a cash value), Seabourn will refund its remaining cash value to the associated Seabourn Club Number. Nonrefundable FCCs (which are not labeled with a cash value) will expire with no refund. Cancellation of a Refundable FCC (cash value) will automatically cancel any bonus FCCs related to the original. In the event a Bonus FCC is used, portions of the related cash value FCC may become non-refundable also.
FCCs are non-transferrable but may be used to pay for others on the same booking. FCCs cannot be used for onboard expenses (including but not limited to shore excursions or other optional programs or services). While they can be used to pay for Flexible air add-ons, FCCs cannot be used within our Flight Ease® air payment tools and therefore cannot cover the cost of restricted air even if booked in advance.
Guests may request a refund of the cash value (the refund amount forfeited by the guest in exchange for the Refundable FCC) of any unused Refundable FCC at any time. To make a refund request please e-mail our contact center. In no situation shall a guest be entitled to a refund greater than the refund amount retained by Seabourn. If a guest selects an FCC and then requests a refund as set forth herein, the guest will not be entitled to any other compensation/credit.
Cruises purchased on charter departures are not applicable to the Worry Free Promise. Please contact the charterer directly for all booking-related questions and policies.
