Azamara Announce New 2021 Return to Sea Voyages

Azamara Announce New 2021 Return to Sea Voyages

Azamara have announced that after a long pause and more than a year of challenges, they have confirmed their return to sailing date of August 28, 2021.

They will be officially back with six new 7 night Greece Intensive itineraries for Azamara Quest®, which go on sale on May 11, 2021.

Since pausing last year, Azamara have been working to develop new protocols and procedures, schedule new itineraries and adjust their plans to welcome guests back onboard.

The resumption of cruising is as follows:

She will start the Europe season with a series of new Greece Intensive voyages sailing roundtrip from Athens (Piraeus), Greece.  Current sailings departing on or before October 2nd, 2021 will be altered from the original itineraries.  These new itineraries will be available to book as of May 11, 2021.

Travel requirements throughout most of Europe remain unconfirmed, so Azamara have cancelled a few voyages for Azamara Journey and Azamara Pursuit.  They now anticipate the return to service for those two ships will be as follows.  These voyages are all available to book now.

Azamara Pursuit will start the Europe season with her originally scheduled 11-night Greece Intensive voyage from Athens (Piraeus), Greece to Civitavecchia (Rome), Italy.

Azamara Journey will start the late Europe season with her originally scheduled 12-night Greece Intensive voyage from Athens (Piraeus), Greece.

These new Greece journeys let you unpack once before immersing in Greece’s legendary locales, as well as smaller ports larger ships can’t reach. Azamara offer longer stays, more overnights, and unique experiences that allow you to absorb more of Greece’s culture — from the charming turreted buildings of Rhodes to the Cretan delicacies of Heraklion and all the quaint tavernas in between.
