18 January 2022 – The Cruise Village has gone one better throughout 2022, and not only achieved the standards of service required for the Feefo Gold Trusted Service award, but surpassed them! We have, in fact, now achieved the Feefo Platinum Trusted Service award! It’s an independent seal of excellence that recognises businesses for delivering exceptional experiences, as rated by real customers.
In addition to this, our river cruise holiday brand, RiverCruising.co.uk also received the Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award 2023, maintaining our high standards for yet another year!
In order to honour businesses who use the platform to gather authentic reviews and receive outstanding client feedback, Feefo developed the Trusted Service Awards in 2014. The distinctions are special because they accurately portray a company’s commitment to offering top-notch customer service by examining input from actual clients.
