Explora II, Explora Journey‘s second ship in the fleet, is launching in summer 2024. Inaugural sailings have been announced and are now open for sale!
The ship features 25 journeys and 14 extended journeys departing from August 2024 until April 2025. Voyages include 82 ports across 26 countries that are a first for this luxury brand. Explore renowned Mediterranean villages, go off the beaten track in the Middle East, discover the heritage of India, spot the abundance of wildlife in Africa and relax in the Indian Ocean.
Explora II itineraries have been curated with guests in mind. It is ideal for those wanting a slower pace with later departure times and more overnight stays in port to fully immerse yourself into the local culture. Cabins are completed with Swiss precision and European design to create luxurious, spacious places to rest. Dine at a choice of six restaurants or enjoy cocktail hour at the 12 bars and lounges onboard. Chef Franck Garanger has created original menus inspired by each new destination and made with local ingredients.

Mediterranean
Explora II will traverse ports in Italy, Spain, Greece, Cyprus, Israel and Croatia. Guests can revel in ancient history, enjoy tantalising signature flavours of each destination and immerse themselves in the art, culture and architecture that Europe is renowned for. Activities include visiting the city of Rome, sauntering through Sicily and discovering the gastronomy capital of 2022, Menorca.
Mix with mythical gods in Mykonos, Santorini, Kalamata and Corfu, explore the magnificence of Israel before passing through the Suez Canal to explore the ancient beauties of Egypt.
Middle East
The vessel will sail the coastline of the Red Sea towards Saudi Arabia where you can expect to visit Al Ula and Hegra. Afterwards, meander through the waves to reach Doha, Dubai and Abu Dhabi to see the contrast of old and new.
India
Explore the thundering waterfalls of the Western Ghats, relax on the beaches of Goa or walk the streets of the energetic Mumbai.
Indian Ocean
Voyage to islands of breathtaking beauty as you stop at Seychelles and the Maldives. Get closer to nature in Mozambique, Tanzania, Madagascar, Kenya, Mauritius and South Africa. Safari alongside elephants, bask in the sun on a white sand beach or stroll through exciting markets.
