We’ve all heard it said that not all treasure is silver and gold, but guests will soon discover for themselves the true jewels of the West Indies when they join recently launched Golden Horizon. As one of the most hotly anticipated ship that launched this year, she has even come under the spotlight of celebrities such as Hayley Atwell who was seen enjoying herself aboard!
Sugar-soft sand beaches and fishing boats bobbing on powder-blue waters… life by the ocean is pretty perfect in the Caribbean. The new Caribbean sailings, which are now on sale, will start from flamboyant Bridgetown, capital of Barbados and home of a unique colonial garrison that has achieved UNESCO World Heritage status.
Golden Horizon will then follow the tide (and sun!) to iconic islands such as Saint Lucia and Antigua, as well as way off the beaten track hidden gems such as Bequia and Îles de Saintes in Guadeloupe. There are a total of 21 departures on offer from 11 November 2021 to 31 March 2022, all of which are roundtrips from Barbados, so there’ll be plenty of opportunities to completely indulge in all the delights of a balmy paradise.
